Exhibitor Booth Options
Main Vendor Hall (Hall A) Booth Options:
- Exhibitor Booths – 10′ x 8′, includes one 8′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $200
- Artist Booths – 6′ x 4′, includes one 6′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $125
(Artist Booths are for artist ONLY. Any vendor found to of purchased an artist spot will be asked to leave the event without refund!)
Exhibitor Hall B Booth Options:
- Vendor Booths – 10′ x 8′, includes one 8′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $150
- Artist Booths – 6′ x 4′, includes one 6′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $80
Outdoor Exhibitor Spots:
- Booth Size: 10′ x 10′
- Price: $100
- Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and any additional fixtures.
Exhibitor Information & Event Schedule

Each vendor will receives 2 vendor badges with their first table, and an additional badge for every other table purchased (I,E. Purchasing two tables will get your 3 badges for the weekend.) Addition badges must be purchased.
- The event takes place Saturday, October 24th & Sunday, October 25th.
- Saturday: (VIP: 9am) 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Setup & Breakdown
- Setup Times:
- Friday, October 23rd: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday, October 24th: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
- Breakdown Time:
- Sunday, October 25th: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth.
All booths are non-refundable!
Booths can not be transferred to another vendor.
Vendor Appearance Requirements
To maintain a professional, organized, and enjoyable experience for attendees, all vendors are required to follow these appearance standards:
Required Standards
- Table Coverage Required
All vendor tables must be fully covered with a tablecloth or fitted covering that conceals the provided table and any storage underneath. - Clean & Professional Presentation
Booth setups must be clean, organized, and visually professional. Displays should be neat, safe, and free from excessive clutter. - Visible Business Signage
Proper signage must be clearly displayed so attendees and event staff can easily identify your business name at a glance. - Booth Boundaries Must Be Respected
Displays, racks, and merchandise must remain within your assigned booth footprint and may not obstruct aisles or neighboring vendors. - No Loose Storage or Packaging Visible
Boxes, personal bags, and excess inventory should be kept hidden under tables or neatly organized out of public view. - Safe & Stable Displays Only
Shelving, banners, and display structures must be secured and stable. Unsafe or unstable setups may be required to be adjusted by event staff.
